RHHD’s Resource Centers offer a variety of clinical and community health services in Richmond’s public housing communities. All services are available to anyone, and cost is based on a sliding scale.

Staffed by hard-working teams of Community Health Workers (CHWs), Resource Centers provide both clinical and community services (see full list of services and locations below). RHHD CHWs are frontline public health workers and trusted members of their communities. They listen closely to what residents need. Because of these close relationships, they help community members learn how to access services from primary care to employment support and everything in between.
