margin-bottom: 3px;\">Goal #1\u2013 Program graduates will be competent entry-level practitioners in dietetics.<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"padding-top: 0px; margin-top: 0px;\">\n<li>At least 80% of program interns complete program requirements within 14.25 months (150% of the program length).<\/li>\n<li>Of program graduates who seek employment, 95% are employed in nutrition and dietetics or related fields within 12 months of graduation.<\/li>\n<li>At least 95% of program graduates take the CDR credentialing exam for dietitian nutritionists within 12 months of program completion.<\/li>\n<li>The program\u2019s one year pass rate (graduates who pass the registration exam within one year of first attempt) on the CDR credentialing exam for dietitian nutritionists is at least 80%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"padding-bottom: 3px; margin-bottom: 3px;\">Goal #2 \u2013Program graduates will become community nutrition practitioners in Virginia, Maryland or Washington, DC.<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"padding-top: 0px; margin-top: 0px;\">\n<li>Of program graduates who seek employment, 95% are employed in nutrition and dietetics or related fields within 12 months of graduation.<\/li>\n<li>After participating in the internship, 80% of graduates\u202fshould be able to apply entry level practice within WIC clinic based on employer survey.<\/li>\n<li>After participating in the internship, 100% of graduates will practice in Virginia, Maryland, or DC WIC as community nutrition practitioners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-bottom: 3px; margin-bottom: 3px;\">The program seeks to accomplish these goals through comprehensive education and preparation so that interns are able to successfully pass the CDR credentialing exam immediately after graduation and to provide interns ample and broad experience in the complex field of Community Nutrition in that they are capable and eager to continue their nutrition careers in the field of community nutrition.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"padding-top: 0px; margin-top: 0px;\">\n<li>\u00a09.5 month part time internship<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Community Concentration Program<\/li>\n<li>\u00a01000 hours of Supervised Practice Hours<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<strong>Application Deadline June 15<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 style=\"padding-bottom: 3px; margin-bottom: 3px;\">Projected Schedule for 2024\/2025 Class<\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-top: 0px; margin-top: 0px;\"><strong>Week 1:<\/strong>\u00a0(Oct 21-25): Orientation (40 hours)<br \/>\n<strong>Week 2-6:<\/strong>\u00a0Foodservice Rotation (5 weeks at 40 hours\/week)<br \/>\n<strong>Week 7-16:<\/strong>\u00a0Public Health Rotation (10 weeks at 20 hours\/week)<br \/>\n<strong>Week 17-25:<\/strong>\u00a0Clinical Rotation (9 weeks at 40 hours\/week)<br \/>\n<strong>Week 26-40:<\/strong>\u00a0Public Health Rotation (15 weeks at 20 hours\/week)<br \/>\n<strong>Week 41:<\/strong>\u00a0Capstone, Exam Prep, Final Review, Finish all requirements for program completion.<br \/>\n<strong>Week 42:<\/strong>\u00a0Graduation; Richmond, VA (8\/8\/2025)<\/p>\n<p><em>This schedule accounts for holiday time off, leave, and internship class days.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-bottom: 3px; margin-bottom: 3px;\"><strong> Summary of Hours in Rotations <\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"padding-top: 0px;
