Most vaccines for children are free of charge. Adult immunizations are also available. Hours vary by location, so please call <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vdh.virginia.gov\/western-tidewater\/locations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">local health department<\/a> for more information.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sexual Health<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Every location provides testing and confidential counseling for sexually transmitted infections.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Prenatal Services<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Prenatal and maternity services, including routine lab work, education, and nutritional guidance and health counseling are available to pregnant women.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>WIC<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program is a supplemental nutrition program for pregnant, post-partum, and breastfeeding\u00a0women, as well as infants, and children up to 5 years of age. The program provides nutritional education on nutrition and breastfeeding.<\/p>\n<p>WIC also partners with other healthcare providers by offering referrals. Supplemental nutrition is also available.
