Our main office at 8701 Park Central Drive, Suite 100, Richmond, VA 23227 is operating our public lobby Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-52-1\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-52-1-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-52-1-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child\" data-index=\"2\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>Click the button below to apply for a vital record. An application tracking ID is assigned to each application, and you will receive email and SMS updates on the status of your application.<\/p>\n<p>The Code of Virginia requires a cost of $12.00 per certificate search. There is no refund if the certificate is not found. An exception is a Certificate of Birth Resulting in Stillbirth, which have no cost.
