The Virginia Memory Project<\/strong><\/a>
\nThe Virginia Memory Project is a survey<\/a> <\/strong>for all adults in Virginia about brain health, memory and caregiving. It is the first expansive web-based brain health registry in the Commonwealth. Your answers will help policymakers and public health workers prioritize resources for people with memory loss and caregivers in Virginia. *Note all responses are kept anonymous<\/em><\/p>\n

Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance Survey <\/strong><\/a>
\nThe BRFSS is the primary source of information for states and the nation on the health-related behaviors of adults. States collect data through monthly interviews with adults aged 18 years or older.<\/p>\n

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC): Alzheimer's Disease and Healthy Aging Data Portal<\/strong><\/a>
\nAccess to state and national level data on a number of indicators regarding health and well-being for older U.S. adults.<\/p>\n
